After School Enrichment Classes

Stimulating, fun after-school classes open to the public. You don't need to be a Terra Schools student to take advantage of our top-level instructors and courses.

All of our programs are open to both Terra Schools and outside students.

Please note:

  • If you are a current Terra Schools family, you will receive a discount. You will only be charged the total cost of the fall session minus the aftercare fees you’ve paid / will pay.

  • Classes are non-refundable for absent or sick days.

​

  • Snacks will be provided 3:30-4pm. Check out our healthy and nut-free snack menu.

  • Payments will be made through Brightwheel. We will begin billing in September. Stay tuned for more information on how to join Brightwheel and set up payments.

Mandarin Class

Our after-school Mandarin program is an immersive and fun program that is appropriate for all levels of Mandarin language learners. Children will learn to speak, read and write the Chinese language (at age appropriate levels) while exploring the customs, music and art of this wonderful culture. 

We will assess your child before recommending the beginner or intermediate class.

Homework club is for children from 5th through 8th Grade. Our upper school math teacher, Agustin, will help children master math concepts and work on other challenging homework topics.

Gardening Class

Get your child digging in the dirt, planting seeds, and witnessing the magic of nature in our after school gardening class on Wednesdays. This playful exploration is more than just fun - it ignites a love for science, math, and nature through hands-on learning. From planting to harvesting fruits, kids learn to become environmental stewards, develop fine motor skills and patience, and engage in plenty of messy, sensory play.

After School Care

Limited space is available in Terra Schools' after care program. Children enjoy indoor and outdoor activities, a healthy snack, and free choice in our indoor-outdoor classroom. After care is offered Monday to Friday 3:15pm to 5:30pm and can be combined with After School Enrichment classes.
