Visiting Us

In order to get the best understanding of our program, we recommend that families attend a Campus Tour and an Outdoor Open House.

Campus Tours

Our campus tours are scheduled twice a month on weekdays.

These tours begin with an hour-long presentation led by our Head of School. In this presentation, we dissect “Learn. Grow. Belong” and how Terra Schools combines challenging academics, language immersion, nature-based and social-emotional learning into a robust and one-of-a-kind program.

Following the presentation, we start our campus tour. Campus tours are adult-only events.

Outdoor Open Houses

These outdoor events are held off-campus in Golden Gate Park and are typically offered once a month.

On these outdoor days, we invite prospective students and their adults (parents/guardians) to join us in experiencing “Earth Education.” Led by one of our Earth Educators, students can participate in our version of nature-based learning.

A Q&A is held for parents with the Head of School and Director of Admissions as well.

Summer Visits

If you'd like to visit us during the summer, we're happy to offer personalized tours of our campuses in San Francisco or Marin. Please contact our Director of Admissions at admissions@terraschools.org to schedule your visit—we’d love to meet you and show you around!
